These are all pretty good for SOOC. Was the boy in #2 pretending to cower from a monster or something? Looks like it. I like that one. Only wish the lighting on his face was a bit brighter and harsher. I know these are SOOC but you can probably do something in post with that one... also make it B&W.... would really be cool.

I like that you shot these from non-conventional perspectives. Also looks like you used a wide angle. I would try getting in just a little closer for those down low shots.

I do like the combintaion of shooting at this time of day with a speedlight, especially at f/8 or higher. You get a nicely lit subject and gorgeous blue skies that way.
