What is the proper numerical naming convention to get files to sort by filename? I loaded four sets of photos and some sets had over one hundred photos. So, for example I used aaaa-01 to aaaa-200, and bbbb-01 to bbbb-150 for two sets. It sorts properly in windows explorer but on Smugmug the first 10 photos sort properly but after that the photo 100 is included right 10.

So, what naming convention should I used to append numbers to make it sort properly?

Phil, its best to start your numbering like this:

    0001
    0002
    ...
    0010
    0011

    etc.

The leading zeros help keep things in correct order. So for your example:

    aaaa-0001
    aaaa-0002

    aaaa-0200

    would work best.
