    Morning Ziggy,

Looks like wonderful outing, really like the vastness of that first image, and the composition.

The sharpness of details in the last two,
seem almost like the processing pushed
the contrast or sharpening a tad
    too far.

Look forward to seeing more of your IR shots.
    Take care,

    Craig

    Hey Ziggy,

I find these shots to be quite striking and very appealing. Like Craig, my initial perception is that the last two are " overdone " in sharpness and contrast control. Upon reflection, however, I'm feeling this was done purposefully on your part to create the drama these shots posses. In any event, I really like what you've done here.

Love the 1st one. Something I see every day in ND, but not in an IR photo. Works good :D

    Sorry folks, life got busy.

Craig, thanks. They all look fine at full size. I guess the sharpening after resizing (bicubic sharper) is too much for these sizes.

Thanks Tom. The global contrast is pretty high, mostly due to some filtration to exaggerate the sky detail. A high black point also pops out the trees.

Thanks Mary. I drove by the scene first. I had second thoughts about it and I figured, "why not"?

Thanks Michael. I do want to go back after the corn is cut and see how the scene changes.
