My first round of fiddling with f-stops and shutter speeds and focal lengths and FIRE. I sat out for a couple hours with my buddy Robbert and ended up shooting about seventy-five frames that night, with varying degrees of success.
These are what I consider the ones that came out well, with the last one being my favorite of the night. Rig is a Canon EOS Rebel T1i, with the 18-55 kit lens. Shots are not retouched, but were fiddled with in-camera to try and get properly exposed for effect.
And don't EVER buy a Targus tripod. What a piece of...yeah. Just don't get one.
