B-52H moddle (made from the real deal.)

I thought I would share this with you guys. I work on the B-52H and the museum saw a moddle we had built from old bad parts. Tried taking it so we got the ok from up above and made them one. This is a poster I made for it which will be sitting next to it in the museum.

That is way cool. You have more patience to create something like that than I ever would.

I am a big admirer of the B-52, I built a model of one from a kit once but that was the extent of my model building.

The B-52 truely is the king of the BUFF 's!

It took our shop about 6 mounths to gather all the parts. Parts of the work was spread to people in our shop. But there was one persion who did all the welding and designing. But over all it was a whole shop effort. As far as the photoshoping went. It took me about 4 hours today to get it all done and I'm happy with the outcome and cant wait untill I get to see it in the museum.

Odd fact the B-52 is the oldest plain still in use by the USAF and we are going to be working for another 24.
