OK - for my 2nd attempt at posting here I would like to share a few shots of the ladies in action from a few matches this season (so far) taken with my Canon 50D, my Canon 430EX Speedlite (when needed), and my Sigma 70-200 f2.8 lens:

    I think shooting volleyball is one of the tougher sports to shoot especially in club season as the courts are SO close together and there is so much background clutter. I would suggest trying to find a shooting angle where your backdrop is less full of people and observers. It washes out the girls. The first pic is one of your best but the frame is a little empty. I would be tempted to crop in a little. Overall nice work in tough conditions.
