    Hi there and welcome back. Sorry to hear about your health but glad you're out and about again.

    Is it the government of Nfld. that's building these artist's retreats? Are they residential for short periods of time? or work spaces sheltered from the outside elements? Available year 'round or only in summer? Fascinating concept.

    I hope that your health continues to improve and that you can heed the call of the camera!

    Very interesting.... Are these structures accessible to someone who is happy to do some walking?

    I owe you a delayed thanks for opening my eyes to Fogo Island. I saw a previous post of yours (with photos, of course!), and I knew I needed to add Fogo Island to my list of "must visit" places. It was in the running for this year, but somehow Iceland jumped in front of a return to Newfoundland. Maybe next year.
