Tessoro is a new luxury condominium resort with some really cool architecture in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, also known as Rocky Point. The resort is the brain child of a couple young architects who I was fortunate enough to meet.
1 This the first of five buildings which are planned to be built.

5 The resort is built on the edge of an estuary, the farthest point out on the peninsula.
6 The detail of design extends indoors as well.
7 I have dibs on this room.
8 The landscape and grounds architecture is equally impressive.
9 You feel close to nature here.
10 Evidently, some things were just done for fun.
11 Good night, Tessoro.
Thanks for lookin',

WOW, that looks like such a neat place, had to look up where it
was on the Map, really close to the AZ Border isn't it, kind of surprised
me how close the Gulf was from AZ.
I don't know about the privacy issues in #3 :D:D
Love that view out of the Corner Suite.

Thanks, Craig! I'm with you on the hot-tub privacy issue. We didn't stay there, just stopped by for a visit. There are still a lot of units for sale as they completed the first phase of the resort just as the real estate market crashed. I wish them well with their project though as it's really a special place.

Nope, no money changed hands, it was just a chance encounter. To be truthful, I'm about 6 months late processing these as well. I need to send them to the owners still. I was hoping to get some more comments first, but this doesn't seem to be a popular thread for some reason.
Cheers,

Oh, and be careful if you go for a walk there. All that sand with the little rivers running through it is underwater at low tied twice a day. Rocky Point has some of the largest tide swings on the planet.
