hi all,
I don't normally get to do this sort of image, but I'm curious what all the landscape guru's think.
This was taken from a rocky outcropping in N. Laguna about a week ago. An amazingly clear day - the mountains you see in the background is Catalina Island, 26 miles off the coast.
Does the sky have enough interest to be worthy of taking up over 1/2 the image?
do the out of focus tidepools at the bottom detract from the image? (I know, I should have stopped down the aperature more)
Any other hints for better image composition and/or processing this image would be appreciated.
thanks for taking the time to critique a sports shooter's landscape :clap
cheers,
C.
