Okay, here are the only 2 I've had time to do, and can't decide which to submit.
Any C&C or thoughts appreciated.

A better mousetrap

Any ideas appreciated greatly.

#2 is a great idea that needs some development. Is the barrel on the right a gun barrel, or something else?

#1 can you move in or crop tighter? I think it is also a great idea!

#1 is a great idea, but I think she needs her hand in the cookie jarmwink.gif

#2 seems like a familiar shot to my household, only in our house it is called our "squirrel proof bird feeder"! (Our cat gets the mice)

    My vote goes for #1!

If you reshoot, you might move the pink chair a smidge closer so you can crop out the counter without cropping the chair. Very cute shot. Both shots are strong on theme.

    Okay, a couple more attempts

These any better? I can't decide on the sawdust in the mousetrap shot, don't know if it really makes a difference or not.

    Thanks, John

I love the cookie jar shot! Have you tried it in B&W, I'd be curious to see how that looks, just a thought

Looked at it, but it just doesn't have much oomph that way. (that's a technical term, by the way). I think I might play with the vignette a little, not really sure, but it seems to help focus your attention to the invention.

Thank you all for your input.
