    For the dandelion I selected a slow shutter speed and with one hand wiggled the dandelion really fast while I held the camera with the other hand and took a few shots.

    In LR I applied A LOT of sharpening to the little orange things and played with the sliders (contrast, vibrance, etc). I wanted to crop so it was centered more but I was starting to crop out the streaks at the left and right, and I wanted to keep the streaks more than I wanted the dandelion to be centered.
