This 80 foot cascade is in Shenandoah National Park, on the west slope of Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains. 38-31.21N 78-26.92W. It is accessable by a hike of less than a mile (650 ft elevation change) from the Tanners Ridge Overlook parking area on Skyline Drive, close to Big Meadow. Getting a good viewpoint for a photo is a challenge, and you will have to be comfortable with a bit of risk :huh but it's a very pretty subject, I think.
I still have to get some ND filters!
