Who do you buy domains from?

Not sure if this is in the right spot, so please Mods, move this as necessary:

I have a few domains of mine at 1&1 Internet right now, with hosting at DreamHost or Smugmug depending on the domain. One of my domains is up and I wanted to know if anyone knew of a good domain registrar? 1&1 has been good to work with, so I"m not sure I'll be jumping ship, but figured now's a good time to scout the field and see if anything better comes up in my search.
