    Hi Fabio,

My notifications seem to working fine. headscratch.gif

We'll look into it. In the meantime, check to see whether your email provider or software might be putting the messages into a spam folder. That has been known to happen on occasion.

If anyone else is having notification problems, please let us know by posting in this thread.

    Thanks.

    Hi Richard
I am receiving again notifications since this morning, don't know what to say. The only thing I did is to cancel notifications from my forum settings and re-selected notifications minutes later.
    Thanks for your attention
    Fabio

I have gotten no notifications for 24 hours. I checked and I was still subscribed and the subscribed threads indicate that there are new posts. I checked my spam filter and nothing in there and DGrin and SmugMug are whitelisted anyway.

BTW I noticed in your website the "Buy This Photo" window has a white background; how did you get that?

All colors are done with custom CSS. I am not at my computer right now so I can't give you the exact code right now.

By chance are any of you experiencing issues with notifications using an @sbcglobal.net email address? If so, I think that they for some reason block emails as spam that don't even show up in your spam folder from dgrin...I never got notifications when I had my sbcglobal address and when I switched to a yahoo account everything worked just fine.

Nope. While sometimes people experience spam filter problems, that's not what I am seeing.

I got a note from the SmugMug Help Desk saying that the notification problem was found and fixed. Seems to be working fine for me. thumb.gif
