Some nature hunting

Went to a village located at heart of Margalla Hills, Islamabad. Margalla means nest of snakes but another legend says it means "Hit Neck" because once this was shelter of bandits , margalla hills surround Capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. They were once under the sea and archaeologists have found two human footprints over one million years old from Margalla :huh.















Though i went to shoot some landscapes but light was not landscape friendly, so i kept clicking with 100mm macro on 7D

Nice set, Awais. I really like the monochrome nature of #3 and the contrast that comes out. Also, the colors and DOF in #4 is interesting.

Wow, terrific stuff. That flower looks like chicory, but it seems to grow differently there than here.
