    Them boots need some polish.

I like cowboy boots but my feets are too big.

    Thanks...

Those weren't just line cooks. They turned out some incredible vittles. We started with an appetizer of rabbit & rattlesnake sausage and another of Blue corn lobster “hushpuppies” with watercress butter. Main courses for the three of us included 1)Roasted garlic stuffed beef tenderloin, western plaid hash, syrah demi-glace, 2)a Berkshire pork chop, suckling crepinette, braised lentils, and 3)Texas quail, herbed panzanella, chilies. Probably one of the best values for the buck we've had in a long time. The place was called "The Lonesome Dove" and owned/run by IRONCHEF Tim Love. His site: http://www.lonesomedovebistro.com/

Those boots are not for walking. And probably look gorgeous with their bronze brought to a lustrous gloss! :Dthumb.gif

Ok now I'm starving--thanks--lipton soup isn't sounding so hot anymore.
I will look it up next time I'm in town--it will likely be a year or so before I'm back there again.

I agree that #4 is the best of the bunch, but I also like the light and old time look of #5. thumb.gif
