After 2 years of being with SmugMug - and being a satisfied customer - my business process is changing and I am going to change my hosting site to one that is significantly more hands on (me being the geek that I am). I would like to get a copy of all of the categories/subcategories/galleries/images so that I can transfer it to the new location. I have a way that I can get each gallery with its images, but I don't see somewhere that I can get EVERYTHING like I am wanting. I could also just try and recreate it on the new site off of my existing backups. But just moving everything like that would be helpful.

Is there anything that I can do to grab the whole site or am I limited to a gallery at a time?

You can get each gallery with our bulk download tool on the site. (Tools Menu). I hope this helps!
