OK, now this really isn't funny - another expiration notice even though they took 150
bucks.
I got an expiration notice a few weeks ago, but, that same night the 150 bucks debit appeared on my visa. I thought that was a done deal - all set. I don't know why I got the notice the first time, since they had no problem charging my card.
However, I just got another notice - my domain will expire if I don't pay up. Charges cleared, in fact I've already paid the visa in full as I do monthly.
What is going on? Is Smugmug not paying godaddy?

Was there a click through on the email that said your domain registration was going to expire?

WHEW!
Thanks for the feedback. This was disconcerting after going through it a few weeks ago too.
