Drop down navbar builder

When there are more than 24 PAGES of frantic requests for help on dgrin for drop down navbars, it is time to provide a simple tool to create one.

Yes, there is a drin guide to create a dropdown navbar, but there are hundreds of postings of problems anyway. That is pretty compelling evidence that the simple guide is not simple enough for lots of people in the smugmug community.

You have a good (that means SIMPLE) tool to build a navbar on the Easy Customizer page, so why not create something similar to create a dropdown navbar? I'll even help you with it.

    This would make my life SO much better~ As I still have no clue as to how to make my drop down navbar! I know I would be happy if this was made like the easy creator builder! lol! :) Awesome idea!
