File compare

Hi
I send to SmugMug with Omar's program(not the latest)...I know it will skip duplicates....Is there any way to do something like a file compare with my uploaded image folder to see if I might have missed uploading any images?
I upload from a folder that I name **edited....then when the upload is complete I move my uploaded images to a file called **uploaded. I would like to compare the uploaded list to what is in the gallery.

    Drag all the photos into the new simple uploader with skip dups turned on.
    Easy way to see what's not up yet. You can drag the whole folder and it'll
    list all the photos in the window.

    I tried the new simple uploader as you suggested and it worked perfectly!!
