Prints on Gatorboard

Hi all,

I have a client who needs to print a bunch of photos mounted to gatorboard.

Question...
The detail information for the gatorboard states that it comes with a mounting block. Specifically... "Each comes ready-to-hang with a 1/2" thick off-wall mount on the back."

Is that block easily removable? My client doesn't want the mounting block, so it is bad news if it is already attached and not easily removable.
