So does the color lack contrast - it was shot in nice soft diffused light and this tends to be lower contrast.
I agree that there is too much green - not the best choice against skin tones. I prefer the first B&W. I would try converting the shirt color to a warmer tone in the color picture, and see if it doesn't make it the best. Maybe a reddish tone or a tan tone to offset the green.

The sepia image is interesting, but would be my second choice.
The color is my favorite of the three-- the most "pop".
