Single Photo on Homepage Not Visible

I decided to change my single photo on my homepage and now it does not show when in Vistor View or when viewing my page when I am logged out. I have tried several different pictures and doesn't matter. I still have an empty box below my header. Please help. www.dhoffmanimages.com
