Thanks Ted, I made a frame over it with 2 light stands and a bit of tube, then hung a mini maglite over it with fishing line. Started the light spinning then pulled the fishing line up as smoothly as I could. 30 sec exposure.
Ki, Did you just have on camera flash? Rear-sync? I'd love to try this out this weekend. Best part is, it's my birthday Monday, so the fiancee' isn't allowed to get upset if I break a glass.
