Issue with Gallery URL and NiceName

This morning I attempted to create a gallery within one of the categories I have. While the gallery shows up under the category (see the first gallery in http://www.marckollarphotography.com/Religion) the custom URL and NiceName (http://www.marckollarphotography.com/Religion/Papal-Chair-at-St-As) do not resolve to the gallery. Only this web address, http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/14400392_YgHuM, can be used to get to the photos directly.

Moreover, the design of the gallery does not conform to the standard I have set up for all the other galleries. Rather, the SmugMugPro layout is used.

What do I need to do in order to resolve these two issues?

Make sure that gallery is set to appearance = customer and hide owner = no.

If you set hide owner to yes, all traces of you (including your customization) are hidden and the gallery will show as a www.smugmug.com gallery as opposed to using your URL.
