Hello. I am new to photography. But it is something that I am enjoying immensely. I've been quite pleased to find that I can express myself through photos even more than I could through my music. This set is from my stroll around my apartment complex the other day.

Criticisms encouraged. Side note: should I keep the JEI mark at the bottom right, like #8? I don't know what's professional or just lame.

This is an excellent series that clearly demonstrates that photographic opportunities exist everywhere -- something I have to keep reminding myself of
My favorite here is #3 -- it's quite creative to find the ways of seeing the scene that others would completely miss.

Thank you for your comment!
The JEI looks nice. In fact, I'd even make it about 30% larger.
I really like the square format and the lomo-style processing. (Due to the vignette and blurring, are these scanned Holga shots?) I think it suits your subjects very well. Let's see more!
