Black widow

This guy is hard to photograph. The last time I tried, it came out all shinny. Its not in focus as good as I would like, but I was scared messing with this thing.

    Good ones !
    prefer the jumping spider shots. Something odd about the light/contrast in the black widow photographs - did you have to lighten them a lot ?

    I was looking at my settings on the camera yesterday, and I had the color setting on Vivid, that might be the problem? I did have to play with the brightness and contrast though.

    Yeah perhaps lower the exposure a bit and adjust levels and you´ll get more punch
