Local ballet instructor/performer...talked her into coming out for a shoot.
Photographing dancers is so much fun :D.

My eyes are saying "GREAT SHOTS!!" but my mind is confused as to how she got in some of those positions. WOW!!

GREAT lighting work!! What was your setup?

I think #3 is the only weak one. The pose doesn't work with the scene. The first and last are top notch. bowdown.gif

Hey, that's why we have both chocolate and vanilla ice cream. #3 is my favorite of the bunch. You really captured the power of the dancer. This is no delicate tu-tu-wearin' Giselle. No, Sir. iloveyou.gif

    Thanks everyone, appreciate the comments.
She is a very good dancer, I have quite a few more to process, I don't know how she does it either but she made it look easy.

Number one is my favorite hands down. The contrast between black and white. The contrast between her muscles and her obvious grace. She's gorgeous. Her pose is gorgeous. Your shot is gorgeous.

The only thing I'd do differently is clone out the "The EX" behind her. :)

Really fine stuff. Not a huge fan of the pose in #2, but otherwise they are really quite amazing. 1/3/5 are my favorites of the set.

Great shots!!!! I can't make my body do those things!

My suggestion for #1, 2 and 3.... Erase the wording on the rock. It wasn't very obvious in the B & W, but I saw it on the color.

Fantastic stuff. She sure is strong. What amazing body controll. Oh, and camera controll.
Gotta love all the great locations here in Booise. You make great use of them.

FWIW, the words in the b/g don't bother me, and I like the framing of them in #3. I think this is one of those places that folks of the area know, and to remove them would draw attention to the editing. I've noted that this is one of your favorite locations.

Yep...nice work...back to your spot in the park, I see. Number one is my favorite.

    Thanks for sharing.
