I know of one other smugmug account that seems to be experiencing slow website load - I too am seeing this.

Is this being worked on? Thanks!

You'll notice that the status blog now goes here http://status.smugmug.com/ and we're in the process of making refinements to this page, it's a bit of a work in process. Stay tuned for more improvements here, promise.
