Mainly because I couldn't get the exposure sorted, lol..

There were about a dozen long-tailed-tits giving it rice in the trees nearby the house, and one or two landed on the bush in next doors garden. I tried as best as I could to get a shot after dashing out with my 55-250mm IS lens, but this is the best I could come up with, no option but to shoot against the light. Had to muck about in PS to get it even to this level...

So I thought I would share it with you anyway

WDYT?

I really like the composition of this shot. It would totally work as a Christmas card :)
It's a pity you couldn't get closer to the bird, though. Not one I've ever seen before.

    Thak you.

I don't know if there are any LTT's in Oz. I think they are probably a European species.
