Do Watermarks take a while to show up

I am setting up my site with a few hundred images in several galleries and I noticed some galleries had watermarks and others did not. Does it take a while?

Depends on how busy we are - could be a little bit, not too long. Remember, we only watermark photos that are 801px or longer on the longest side.

What is a little bit. Most of my galleries still do not have watermarks after 12 hours. Do I need to be patient? Have I entered something incorrectly?

Please link me to a gallery that should be watermarked. And, did you use Tools>Many photos>Watermarking>Select All and added your watermark?

I was using the Gallery setup page for watermarking...but I just tried what you suggested here.

Ok it looks like the tools many photos watermarking is working.

But why did the gallery set-up not work....is that for new photos that get added? Just curious. Thanks for the help
