Wallet Size Cropping Issue

I would like to upload some wallet size photos for printing. On the photos would be the person first name in the corner on a 45 degree angle - think senior photo wallets. As best I can tell, wallet size is 2.5 x 3.5. When I make adjustments for that size and check in the checkout, it shows some cropping with a wide blue band on all four sides which cuts off the embossed name. This looks the cropping feature I see with canvas wrap prints.
For kicks I added 1/4" for black space to each size to try and counteract this. No help. I see the black banding in the cropping/checkout for other sizes but not the wallet size.
The question is: 1. why is cropping of wallets treated different than other sizes?
2. What size do I need to upload to get around this and not have to continuously guess where to position my name embossing in the corner?

The wallet photos at Bay are diecut and printed 4 x 2. The crop window is showing the good or visible area of the print. All of your elements will have to fit inside of the blue area to ensure the entire image and embossing is printed. The size of the individual wallet print is 2 3/8 x 3 5/16 and the full sheet measures 10 x 7 inches. Everything that you would like to see in the print should fit in this area. Allow the embossing a 1/8" gap from the edge of the prints size to ensure it doesn't get trimmed in the diecut process.
