need help with arw

i am in big dillemma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
i took some awesome shots in raw... in my computer it shows up as .ARW
but i cant open it!111 i have adobe photoshop element 4 ............ how do i open them?? can some1 recommend free software that opens and edits .arw

i tried to download camera raw 4 but it says i need update and i tired to download the application manager of adobe but it doesnt work tooo...................

I cannot help as I know nuthing about Elements and its capabilities.....So sorrycry:cry

Go to the list of raw files at adobe and see where Elements 4 is and what the newest raw converter is available...if there is one......

I did not know that you could process raw files with Elements at all......

Thanks Art. I was curious about the actual camera model though to be able to determine what software might support it.

Try converting to DNG with the latest (free) DNG converter from Adobe.
