I got a card in the mail today about a company that buys used equipment. It's called www.usedcamerabuyer.com. Has anyone heard of it, or any experience? It has a better business bureau emblem on the flier, but wasn't sure if anyone had experiences with it.

I have a Nikon 28mm f2.8 lens that I want to unload and was going to sell it to Adorama, but wasn't sure if anyone dealt with these people.

    That's what I was thinking, going straight to Adorama next time I'm in the city.

    Their buying site (linked on their UCB website) is usedcameras.com . I haven't purchased anything from them but they are just as reasonable in price as adorama for used stuff.

    For what it is worth, they have good reviews on resellerratings.com (only 9 reviews though) also.

    Actually used them for a couple of purchases .. found them excellant, very responsive, payment was right there, no hassel after sending in my equipment..

    I too used them to sell all my Hasselblad equipment and received a more than fair price.
