Mirror Image Stare Down

Watched this pre-rut stare down between two great looking bucks. The little guy
(relatively speaking) did not want any part of the "old man." He licked the big
guy's nose and backed away.

    Great capture! I would've loved to see the nose-licking bit. It strikes me as an awesome way of resolving conflict!

    Thanks Glenn, Dan, Ric, Hersh and Lindiwe. Not sure about the nose licking being "conflict resolution" ... looked to me like the smaller buck was just blessed with common sense!
