Picasa upgraded itself automatically to 3.8 and now ... it won't run at all. Harumph. I've uninstalled, redownloaded, and reinstalled, but still no joy.

Running Windows Vista 32.

Thoughts? Anybody heard anything about probs with this and, most importantly, workarounds? I use Picasa ALL THE TIME for file management and losing it will really mess with my workflow. Thanks! :thumb

SUCCESS! Figured it out. It was a database error - I uninstalled again, told it NOT to keep the database, reinstalled and.... it works at last.

I also updated Quicktime, as per recommendation - not sure that's part of the problem, but it can't have hurt. Bottom line - FIXED!
