sharing passworded events/gallery

I've just come across something that I wanted to see if it's happening to anyone else or if it can be changed or not.
Ive set up a gallery, set a password, added it to an event and sent it to my client.
When my client hits the share even button it doesn't say anything about needing to share the password.
As a result I've had a flood of emails requesting the password from anyone clicking through the shared link.
Should I perhaps have passworded the event its self as well? Would that have given a prompt reminder to also share the password as well?

The password you added in your gallery will remain in place, when you add galleries to your Events. You do have the option to add a password and a hint to the Event, as well. We won't prompt you to send the password in a share email link, regardless of whether you share an Event or a Gallery.
At both levels, you have the option to add a hint. Be sure your hint will give the viewers enough to "get" the password, but not so much that just anyone will be able to figure out. That's the beauty of that security feature. :-)

I sure hope this helps!

no sorry I don't think my post made much sense. Let me try again.....
I have a password set. My client hit the "share event" button to receive the link to share with friends and family but since there is nothing stating that he had to share the password manually, none of the people he shared the gallery with received the password. Clients seem to think that the link must bypass the password all together.
I'm not suggesting changes to the security in any way I'm just asking if it's possible to put a reminder that if a gallery is passworded that along with sharing the gallery link, they also have to share the password.
