Anyone care to share their experiences with Nikon's wireless transmitter? I have a SB 600 and just need a fairly reliable dock to catch signals between the two. Does the SU 800 fit the bill? Thanks for any information offered. :thumb

I really like the SU800. It is much lighter than using an SB800 or SB900 as an on camera commander and much easier to adjust that the menu setting for flash exposure, etc if using the pop up flash as a commander.
My only gripe is the SU800 gives you no information on battery life. I've had the battery fail unexpectedly and now always carry a spare. The battery is a bit costly and does not come in a rechargeable.

Overall, I'm pleased with my SU800.
