General question about self-fulfillment

There are a couple of photo products offered by my local lab that are not available through any SmugMug print vendor. I'd like to be able to set up an account that would allow me to:
* Create custom items that I will self-fulfill. Along with pictures and descriptions of these items.
* Be able to include them in any photo package (along with prints and merchandise from other sources that are not self-fulfilled items).

Is this possible with SmugMug?
