Gorgeous, as always. Its hard to pick a favorite. 1,4 and 5 if you force me, but I'd be proud to have taken any of them...
Some little nits:
4: There is a stray hair wisping up from behind her CR shoulder.
5: There is tiny bit of red bra (?) showing.
Took me a second to parse #8 with her arms disappearing in and out of the amazing mane of hair, and the balance of the pink b/g with her shirt cut-outs. Nice effect.
You're always giving me honest comments on my shoots, so I thought I'd say hi and drop you some on yours, too.
I like to see what photographers who do a whole lot more of this type of work than I do handle some details. I especially like seeing the lighting, and these were no exception. #1 stood out for great lighting and plasticity (theatre lighting term, if you're unfamiliar--basically refers to lighting design results that show shape, form and mass in the subject). I like #4 for the same reason. #6 looks kind-of flat for some reason, like maybe a steeper ratio would have helped. On #8, I like the lighting but I'm not a huge fan of the way her arms are posed.
Looking at good work always gives me good ideas for my next shoot. Thank you for posting!
Thanks Jonathan, all comments are welcomed and appreciated. I agree with you on the hands. The young lady is a very good artist who is into Japanese cartoons and that is what one of her characters does. It does look odd.
