I have recently been asked to photograph the production process of a show being put on at a local college here in Davie Fl. The show is called The Human Adventure and is being produced and directed by several seniors as their final project for their masters degree, sort of like a thesis. The producers are looking to incorporate photographs as a visual aid throughout the two hour production. Here is there vision.
Through live and recorded music, multimedia and visual projection, voiceover and on-screen narration, dance and intuitive movement, and interactive dramatic performance, this creative team and their multi-talented, diverse cast will open your eyes, ears, hearts, and minds to today's modern human journey, as told through Axel's eyes... and Campbell's outline of the hero stories within each of us. From the superficial ego to the symbolic unconscious, nostalgic pain to profound naïveté... from confused confidence to curious humility and everything in between, The Human Adventure takes it all apart and puts it back together again with life's one core purpose: connection , or, Resurrecting the Memory of Love . Prepare to be moved...
There is no monetary gain from this, but there is the opportunity to have your work shown and get credit for that. If you are interested in sharing any of your photographs for this production, I will be sure that not only you, but also Smugmug, and Dgrin will get credit for them.

The list is amazing, all it leaves out is the connection of humans and animals through the ages - and I only have dog photos. I didn't think it was fair that the girls aspire to wear school uniforms, put on tacky make-up and be perfect housewives: the fellers get to wear the sports gear and be business movers and shakers, - even if it does reduce them to tears, at least they had a go. The end production sounds like an emotional roller coaster.

The list at first I thought was a random list but after hearing the first run through and hearing it explained the lightbulb went off and now I can see what they are going to be used for.
What an amazing group of responses. Thank you Sid and Ben for the photographs. They truely are appreciated and since all the proceeds from the show are going to the Lovewell Institute for the Creative Arts Scholarship Fund I'm sure that they will appreciate them as well. Thank you once again.
