I am not aware of any EOS to Sony/Minolta adapters. The problem is that the flange to focus distance is similar for Sony/Minolta and for Canon EOS, meaning that the adapter would have to have optical elements for most lenses to work at infinity focus. The Canon MPE 65 is a special case in that it is manual focus and does not need infinity focus.
Your best best is to purchase an older/used Canon EOS camera to use with the lens. While the lens is manual focus it does allow for focus confirmation on an EOS body, greatly increasing your success rate using the lens.
As a cheap alternate consider using a microscope objective on a DIY tube:
