Cards tab is missing - customers can't order cards :-(

I have a pricelist with prices for cards set for this gallery. But when you select a photo and click Buy, there is no tab to buy Cards:

I have someone who would have ordered cards already, if the option were there. (Look at the comments at the bottom of the second screenshot.)

Hi JC, I logged out and went to that gallery as a customer, chose "Buy>Create a Card>" and made my card, added it to the cart ... it had your custom prices and everything.



Is there a card already made in that gallery that you made? Let me know, thanks!

The problem is that Cards are not offered AS A TAB when the person just clicks Buy>This Photo, or if they click on the shopping cart when viewing the photo in enlarged mode. At that point all they see are tabs for Prints, Merchandise, and Downloads. Cards should be there as a tab, just as they appear in my pricelist.

No, there isn't already a card made. I want to have blank cards available as a product, just like prints and merchandise, where the customer can select any photo to be printed on cards.
