bonfire night edit

I took this picture on bonfire night but i want to edit it so the main shape is a hart instead of a more rounded shape. Would you be bale to help me because i don't know how to do it.

Cool. I used CS5, but I think the Liquify filter goes back to CS2.

would u be able to do it on the bigger one coz i had to make it smaller coz it wouldn't let me up load it. if so would you be able to inbox me your email so i can send you the original one

In Elements, try Filter > Distort > Liquify
