black and white mode

hi,
i have a konica minolta a2, can i get good digital prints using the black and white mode or should i use color and convert to black and white that way?

    yes color shot and convert to B&W.
    Do a search here and I think you will find all kinds of info on how doing so.

    It has been pretty much an common opinion that you need to shoot color and do b/w in the postprocess (regardless of the camera brand you use). Reasons are numerous.
