Password Protected Galleries Issue

Good morning all...

I have a couple password protected galleries on my site, and more often than not a guest has to enter the password twice. The first time it prompts you to say that you've entered it incorrectly. This even happens to me when I log on to my site from my work computer (I understand why SM doesn't recognize me at work). Is this some sort of security feature? It has always been this way (2+ years) and it's a little annoying.

    I have hundreds of password protected galleries and have never been required to enter the password twice and have never heard this issue from my viewers.

    Your domain is not set up correctly, that's why. We announced a year + ago that domain setups were changing. Here's all the info, it only takes a minute to set it up properly, and of course we'll help you do it if you want.

    Thanks for letting me know that I had missed something earlier. I did click on your link to the "instructions", but trying to get through that made my brain hurt. Bad. So I did what you said and sent a message to support. We'll see what happens. Thanks again.
