Pro Account watermarking problem?

Hello all!

Ever since I upgraded to a "pro" acct, most of the images in my landscape gallery have the (default I assume) "proof" watermark on them, even though I have all watermarking turned off!. Why is that?!

At the moment, I dont mind. It will fend off anyone trying to save them which I know is possible even with protection turned on. I havent put together a decent watermark for them all yet (which Im working on) but my problem lies here..

Im attempting to order prints for myself to frame for the house. The "proof" watermark continues all the way to the end of checkout with the thumbs, this wont print on my images, will it?

I really appreciate the help guys and gals!

In the gallery go to
tools > many photos > more > watermarking
select all
check remove
click watermark button

this will remove current watermark from all in gallery


Make sure that under gallery settings you have watermark unchecked if
you don't have one of your own to use. All new uploads will add the
default watermark "PROOF" or the one you add to the box if watermark is
checked.

When you get a new watermark you have to go to:
tools > many photos > more > watermarking
in each gallery and add it to existing photos. What's set under gallery
settings will only effect new uploads.

I read that while doing some searching, I turned it all off but it still shows. I know it may take a while but do you know if this will print on them, Ive got a cart full and Id like to checkout..

Watermarks DO NOT appear on prints.

Once the watermark is on a display photo you have to manually remove them
using the tools menu. btw, the watermarks are only added to the generated
display copies, not originals which are used for printing.

And be patient with the removing as it may take time depending on what else is going on at SM.
