Here's a portrait of a young lady with great, piercing eyes (details below):

Details: Taken with Sony 717, ISO 200, speed probably around 1/125, f/4.0, ambient light. In post, a bit of levles/curves, small bump in saturation, gaussian blur of 1, selectivley removed from eyes, nose & mouth.
