? Delay to Post to Sales ?

Is there a typical delay between when a customer makes a purchase Via my SmugMug site and when it appears in my sales records/history.

I had a client process a order for greeting cards this morning (5 hours ago Mountain time) and it does not appear on my account at this time. Normal delay or perhaps an incomplete transaction?

Also, If I order for a client when I am logged in, will this order show up as part of the overall order history or are these orders logged elsewhere?

It's immediate if the photos are purchased at a profit to you. If they are at cost (like your own orders) they won't show up in your sales reporting page, but area always available via the link we give you in your order confirmation email.
