Managing Keywords - More than 255

I've decided (after probably far too long) to try to manage my keywords a bit better. I'm feeling a little frustrated and thinking I'm either looking in the wrong place or maybe this area of SM still needs some improvement.

I purposely do not want to show keywords on my home page - but I found that in the Control Panel | Homepage I can see them there. That, I think, is the only place to try to see all of the keywords at once.

If so ... here's the problem: It only shows the top 255 keywords. I can't seem to change it to a higher number.

So my goal was to try to get rid of uncommon words (words that I may have used a synonym for) and replace them with more common words. But since the list is only showing the top 255 keywords, I can't see all of the rest in order to find and replace them.

I've gotten rid of a lot of the less common words tonight, but am afraid that many many more are still hiding behind the 255 limit.

Any help would be appreciated.
